1, Property and features

RO-580/520B Semi automatic thermoforming machine is with the latest international plastic thermoforming technology and high efficiency. And its production procedure includes feeding partment, heating, forming, and handing trimming. One of cycle period of product is around 5~9s. The machine is used for processing BOPS, PVC, HIPS, PET and other plastic materials. This equipment adopts machine, electricity, air technology integrated design.

In order to ensure continuous operation, the stability and reliability of equipment, the machine is with pneumatic and electrical components, and all components are imported from several famous companies in Japan and Germany. Heating plate is alloy steel of high quality from Swiss, and with a special quenching process. The rockwell hardness can reach 63 degrees, and can be used permanently.

This type of machine is lower price and can be used for all kind of medicine tray, cake tray, food tray and others.

This type of machine can save the material than full aotumatic, because its mould can be design compactly.
